Telehealth Virtual Clinic Visits

Healthy Living Club: Senior Circle
Open to anyone 65 and older with no additional cost other than normal copays and deductibles. Our Patient Navigator is available 5 days a week to assist with our sometimes overwhelming and daunting healthcare system. You will be given the tools for maintaining better health, with guidance along the way. To enroll, call (707) 923-3925 ext. 246.
Meals on Wheels Program
Healy Senior Center delivers hot and frozen meals three days per week to homebound and disabled adults over 60 years old living in Benbow, Redway, Garberville, Briceland, Miranda, Phillipsville, and Myers Flat. Call (707) 923-2399 ext. 3 to sign up.
The Healy Senior Center will place grocery orders on your behalf at Ray’s or Shop Smart, and arrange for a volunteer driver to pick it up and deliver it to you on selected days. For grocery service, contact the Healy at (707) 923-2399 ext. 4.
SoHum Health sponsors free exercise classes for the community that can be accessed on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. Click here to learn more.
