Telehealth Virtual Clinic Visits
Our Telehealth program allows you to have a visit with your SoHum Health Clinic provider on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. You can schedule an appointment today, by calling (707) 923-3921. For more information about Telehealth, click here.
Healthy Living Club: Senior Circle
Open to anyone 65 and older with no additional cost other than normal copays and deductibles. Our Patient Navigator is available 5 days a week to assist with our sometimes overwhelming and daunting healthcare system. You will be given the tools for maintaining better health, with guidance along the way. To enroll, call (707) 923-3921 ext. 1246.
Food Assistance
Healy Senior Center
Healy Senior Center runs the local Meals on Wheels program and hosts social dining lunches at the Senior Center on Mon, Wed, Thurs. Meals on Wheels delivers hot and frozen meals three days per week to homebound and disabled adults over 60 years old living in Benbow, Redway, Garberville, Briceland, Miranda, Phillipsville, and Myers Flat.
