Beginning March 2022, patients who receive a vaccine from SoHum Health will be thanked with a prize. Prizes include $10 gift cards, Il Forno Bakery vouchers, Girl Scout cookies, and more. Patients can choose one prize per vaccine received, while supplies last.

Community members can also receive prizes by bringing proof of vaccination to an upcoming Vaccine Appreciation event. Those who bring their vaccine card or proof that they or their children received any vaccines from July 2021 to March 2022, will be given their choice of prize. Vaccines do not need to have been administered by SoHum Health.

COVID-19 vaccines will be available at these events on a walk-in basis. Vaccine rewards are made possible by a grant from the Federal Health Resources & Services Administration.
