SoHum Health’s Behavioral Health program offers individual therapy and medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction. Located in the Southern Humboldt Community Clinic, Behavioral Health partners with your Primary Care Provider to ensure you receive whole-person care. 

SoHum Behavioral Health services:

  • Outpatient behavioral health services and therapy, in person and remotely via telehealth
  • Screenings and referrals for Jerold Phelps Community Hospital Emergency Department and Skilled Nursing patients
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for opioid addiction, with an evidence-based counseling component
  • Assistance with information about other social services that may be available to patients in Southern Humboldt

SoHum Behavioral Health can accept Partnership, Medicare, Blue Shield of CA, Anthem Blue Cross, and Triwest. Telehealth therapy can be provided to patients anywhere in California.
