SoHum Health Foundation (SoHum Health’s non-profit partner) is helping to raise funds and awareness of our need for a new medical facility by 2029 in order to meet OSHPD regulatory standards.

Southern Humboldt Community Healthcare District  is currently in escrow for the CR property on Sprowl Creek Road. Join us as we “cheers” closing escrow on the property in 2019, and beginning the journey toward building a new medical facility in Southern Humboldt County.
