SoHum Health’s Behavioral Health program offers individual therapy and medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction. Located in the Southern Humboldt Community Clinic, Behavioral Health partners with your Primary Care Provider to ensure you receive whole-person care.
SoHum Behavioral Health services:
- Outpatient behavioral health services and therapy, in person and remotely via telehealth
- Screenings and referrals for Jerold Phelps Community Hospital Emergency Department and Skilled Nursing patients
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for opioid addiction, with an evidence-based counseling component
- Assistance with information about other social services that may be available to patients in Southern Humboldt

SoHum Behavioral Health can accept Medicare, Tri-Counties, Blue Shield of CA, and private pay for therapy services. Telehealth therapy can be provided to patients anywhere in California.
