Our eight-bed “distinct part” Skilled Nursing Unit (SNF) always has a waiting list. The nurse to patient ratio of 1 LVN to 8 patients is significantly lower than in larger skilled nursing facilities where there can be 1 LVN to 20-35 residents, enabling us to give individualized care to each person. Our staff is a highly skilled, committed team of licensed vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants overseen by a registered nurse manager.

Each skilled nursing resident has an individual care plan to meet their unique needs. Depending on the resident’s diagnosis and care plan, we offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy and work with a registered dietitian to provide an individualized therapeutic diet.
Every Friday local musicians play for our residents. Friends, family, and community members often join in.

“Words cannot express our family’s gratitude for the deep care and respect given to my mother during her time in your care. There was never a moment that I was concerned about how she was being cared for – which says a lot given the crazy ride she had before getting to you. I hope you all know that she KNEW you all cared and did everything possible to keep her comfortable as her beautiful life came to an end. I will never forget. I forever hold you all in the highest regard and respect.”
