Snehal Raisoni, MD

Dr. Snehal Raisoni is a skilled and compassionate primary care physician focused on preventative and tailored care with the greatest achievable health-to-happiness balance for her patients and community.

Dr. Raisoni graduated from St George’s University School of Medicine in 2010, after which she completed two years of Internal Medicine residency at St Mary’s Hospital in Livonia, Michigan. Dr. Raisoni now serves as a primary care physician at Southern Humboldt Community Clinic. Prior to coming to SoHum, she spent 10 years practicing at a Native American clinic in Covelo, California. Her background seeing patients in rural Northern California has given her substantial experience caring for patients with the unique challenges that rural living brings. She sees patients of all ages and confidently manages chronic diseases, acute issues, and urgent needs.

Dr. Raisoni is enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to the complete wellness of her patients while being cognizant of the barriers they face. She looks forward to caring for you at SoHum Health.
