Save the date for the upcoming Benbow Wine Auction, Saturday, November 8th from 2-6PM at Benbow Historic Inn. SoHum Health Foundation and Benbow Historic Inn invite the community near and far to join this much-loved community fundraiser in support of building a new community hospital in Garberville.
The event will feature wine tasting from twelve premier Northern California wineries and hors d’oeuvres by Southern Humboldt favorites – Il Forno Bakery, J Catering & Benbow Historic Inn.
The silent auction will be open for bidding from 2:00-4:30pm, followed by the live auction with dynamic auctioneer Tom Allman beginning at 5:00pm. Bid on amazing travel experiences, original art by Laci Dane and Peter Holbrook, custom gift packages, wine collections, gift certificates and more.
Tickets are $45 and include complimentary wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres – best deal on wine tasting anywhere! Level up for a $100 VIP ticket and receive a VIP wine glass and Badge, 30-minute early entry with early access to wine pouring, premier seating in the live auction, an auctioneer shout-out, plus a bottle of wine and swag bag to take home at the end of the night. Only 30 VIP tickets are available.
Tickets are available at the door or online at sohumhealthfoundation.org/auction. Make a night of it: guests of the Benbow Inn enjoy free admission to the event! Sober shuttle rides will also be available at the event by community partner SoHum Housing Opportunities (SHO). Formal attire is encouraged but not required.
