Tara Huff, LCSW

Tara Huff is a licensed clinical social worker who treats concerns including addiction, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, parenting related concerns, self-esteem, self-harming, spiritual crisis, stress, suicidal ideation/crisis, trauma, and PTSD. Her therapy modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Induced After-Death Communications (IADC), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and other eclectic approaches.
Tara graduated from San Jose University with a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary social science with education preparation and a minor in history. Tara then went on to complete her master’s in social work with a concentration in mental health. Post Masters, Tara then completed a specialization in advanced alcohol and drug counseling.
