Telehealth Virtual Clinic Visits
Our Telehealth program allows you to have a visit with your SoHum Health Clinic provider on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. You can schedule an appointment today, by calling (707) 923-3921. For more information about Telehealth Virtual Visits, click here.
Meals on Wheels Program
Healy Senior Center delivers hot and frozen meals three days per week to homebound seniors. Call (707) 923-2399 ext. 3 to sign up.
The Healy Senior Center will place grocery orders on your behalf at Ray’s or Shop Smart, and arrange for a volunteer driver to pick it up and deliver it to you on selected days. For grocery service, contact the Healy at (707) 923-2399 ext. 4.
Rotary volunteers and others can call to check on you and provide companionship during this period of isolation. Call (707) 922-6321 if you are interested in this service.
SoHum Health sponsors free exercise classes for the community that can be accessed on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. Click here to learn more.
- Restorative Movement Yoga – Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30-11:30 am and 1:30-2:30 pm
- Tabata-Style Cardio Workout – Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 5:30-6:30 pm
Humboldt County 24-hour mental health crisis hotline: (707) 445-7715. Assessments, referrals, and emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
